The founder
Jérémy LELEU
Jérémy Leleu is passionate about architecture, nature and decoration. He fell in love with Burgundy in 2008. At the time he was looking for a barn to convert for himself, and found what he was looking for at the Hamlet of Pochey located between Saulieu and Arnay le Duc, buying a 3000-m2 piece of abandoned land. His personal project quickly became a hotel concept as the renovations took place.
Student at Ecole Hôtelière de Paris then the EDC (Ecole des Dirigeants et Créateurs d’entreprises business school) at La Défense, he took inspiration from his experiences in the luxury hotel industry and his desire for nature to create “unusual” accommodation with 4-star comfort. He designed all the rooms & green spaces of Le Domaine des Prés Verts himself, an unusual luxury hotel right from his imagination.

Le Domaine des Prés Verts has selected Baobab Collection
Each of the rooms and each of the shared spaces are infused with “White Rhino” scent by the famous Belgian perfume-maker. With a subtle mix of sandalwood, vetiver and spices, White Rhino fragrance is reminiscent of a land that is a warm as it is mysterious.
The values the Belgian brand exalts are those of unique expertise and the recognition of great artisans, respecting European expertise and trades. The raw materials are selected with the greatest care.

A BUBBLE OF LUXURY IN THE MIDDLE OF THE COUNTRYSIDE!
Le Domaine des Prés Verts has everything to satisfy you: friendly staff, perfect service with a wide choice of services, a private jacuzzi® that provides all the privacy you could want, and all in a chic, idyllic setting that’s perfect for foodies. We’ll be back to enjoy it all again.
PERFECT MOMENTS!
We stayed at The Réserve for one night. The view was breathtaking, the room was roomy and the Jacuzzi® was great.
I recommend this place wholeheartedly especially if you’re looking to get aware from it all for a weekend. We’d be happy to come back!

IT’S A LITTLE PEACEFUL PARADISE
We really liked staying there and are even thinking of coming back again soon. We stayed in the treehouse. It had a wonderful view, a magical place, the impression you were alone in the world... Perfect service, the staff were really attentive.
ONCE YOU’RE THERE, IT’S PARADISE!
It was a fabulous stay, we made use of the independent jacuzzi®, the gourmet platter on the private terrace, the wonderful clear view, and the calm of the countryside!
A treehouse in the trees that you can get to easily, an electric car charging point on site that’s much appreciated, and the treehouse has all the comforts you could wish for and is big enough for two, and the bathroom is really well designed.

An exceptional evening in the Suite. I surprised my other half.
The organisation was really great. The team is really professional and does all it can so that your stay is perfect. We chose to have dinner and lunch in the room and it was really good.

You can arrive from 5pm on the day your booking starts. Departure time: 12:00pm.

Does Le Domaine des Prés Verts have a parking?
All our clients can use a free, open-air parking (except for La Suite & Le Nid at Châteauneuf) which doesn't have a valet service. Electric car charging terminals are also available (except for La Suite & Le Nid at Châteauneuf).
Does the establishment welcome pets?
Small pets are welcome. Supplement 15 euros per pet and per night will be requested. Assistance animals are exempt from additional charges.
Do you provide catering and are there restaurants nearby?
A breakfast and dinner offer provided by our room service can be personalised using the tablet in your room. You can eat every day at Le Bistrot des Prés Verts from 11am to 10pm in Châteauneuf, one of the most beautiful villages of France.
